We used the house for a mini family reunion. We came from several areas in the mid-west and Texas, with seniors, couples, parents and youngsters including a 6 month old. Everyone found something to do - the games encouraged the family to come together either in teamwork or competition. The variety of games was great - all the equipment top notch and in working order. The table setup made it easy for everyone to gather. Exploring the 3 floors we great - especially the movie room on the top floor - awesome. Some of the most comfortable beds and cozy quilts - everyone commented on them. Thanks Kyle! Hope to plan another event in the future.

My families had enjoyed the property. The kids had things to do to entertain themselves and it stayed out of trouble. The adults, love the fact that it was a popcorn maker there.They did not have to make the popcorn on the stove. The property had met the purpose we wanted to use it for because it was big enough for the family to explored all three floors. the family love the theater on down to the game. It was a little bit pricey, but the family enjoyed it. The memories we have there will always be cherished and thank you for that.

Kyle's Big SkyBarnhouse is a gem. Easily held our 11 person family reunion across three generations. We did find that GPS was a little sloppy --- there are two houses that match the address in adjacent towns. So make sure you have the town in your GPS coords. The main floor of the house was spacious and grand; perfect for everyone to prep, cook, and eat together with lots of cookware and plateware. A/C worked well on some of hottest days of the year. Nearby water park was a blast for the kids, and the in-house game room was a regular stop. We even playted wiffle ball out back. Great peaceful setting for a morning run; really enjoyed an 8 mile route my brother and I chose. One note is that the first floor is not the main floor, so we had to help my ageing mother up and down the stairs when we came and left the house, but that worked out fine.
