Yes! All of our properties offer free on-site parking with ample space to accommodate multiple vehicles. Whether you're arriving with family, friends, or a large group, you’ll have convenient and secure parking right at your stay.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our team to thoroughly prepare the property for your stay.

Many homes include slides built right into the layout (yes—actual slides!), fully stocked kitchens for big family meals, and even a beach basement with wall-to-wall sand. Some properties sit on open farmland, offering total peace, privacy, and room to spread out. Whether you’re celebrating grandma’s 90th or just looking to reconnect with your favorite people, each stay is designed for real connection, comfort, and a little bit of magic.

Yes! All of our kitchens come stocked with the essentials: pots, pans, utensils, dishware, basic spices, baking sheets, coffee makers, and more. Just bring your groceries and favorite recipes—we’ve got the rest covered.
Yes, each property has Wi-Fi. It’s perfect for streaming, emails, and remote work.
Our homes are made for connection and can host 20–40 guests comfortably. With bunk rooms, large dining areas, and multiple lounge spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out.
Yes! All of our properties have propane grills. We provide the propane and grilling utensils. For fire pits, we offer either propane or firewood, depending on the property. Cozy nights around the fire? Always.
This stay was beyond what we could have ever imagined! 25 students and leaders is not an easy thing to find space for, but this was perfect for our youth trip. Our students loved the kayaks, the pickleball and basketball court. We played capture the flag, did scavenger hunts, etc. we would book this again in a heartbeat. Kyle and his team have crushed this property and their service is top notch!

The barn house was packed with things for all ages! As a mini spring break getaway it was a great place for teens and the younger kids we had in our group. The space was more than big enough to accommodate us and enough space where the teens didn’t feel crowded! The pool was a great size for a few kids or the teens to relax. The playground and game area was great for all ages. We enjoyed the mini golf and arcade as well! It was peaceful to relax by the fire with the open field and fence to contain both the dog and the kids.

Great house for a large group of people. We booked this in early March and needed a place that had a lot of indoor activities and this place did not disappoint. Would recommend and even more so in months with warmer weather as the outside area had even more activities to do. The host was very responsive to all of our questions.

We stayed at the Big Sky Barnhouse with a group of4 families, kids ranging from 6-12. There was so much to do! We brought roller blades and dodgeballs to use in the gym and fort supplies to amp up the indoor playground. The adults all left sore from pickleball tournaments and kids vs adults dodgeball. Initially, we were very confused by the lack of a dishwasher, but it was a non-issue and I actually hope they don't add one. There is a beautiful view from the sink! We had a campfire before the rain one night, what a beautiful setup! The layout is a little funky and I was still getting lost at the end of our stay, but great for hide and seek!
