Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our team to thoroughly prepare the property for your stay.

Are the kitchens fully stocked?

Yes! All of our kitchens come stocked with the essentials: pots, pans, utensils, dishware, basic spices, baking sheets, coffee makers, and more. Just bring your groceries and favorite recipes—we’ve got the rest covered.

How big are the properties?

Our homes are made for connection and some can host up to 20–40 guests comfortably. With bunk rooms, large dining areas, and multiple lounge spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out.

Are firepits and grills available?

Yes! All of our properties have propane grills. We provide the propane and grilling utensils. For fire pits, we offer either propane or firewood, depending on the property. Cozy nights around the fire? Always.

The yard at the barn was extremely high (it did get mowed on the last full day of our stay). The water pressure is poor and it takes a while for the hot water to make it to where it is needed. The barn itself is clean and has lots of activities. It worked well for my family as we had an age range from 14-90 years old.

Amazing place we have 7 grandchildren from 5 to 14 everyone had plenty to keep them occupied the whole 2 days ! The adults were able to relax and just let the kids go and not worry about them !

Just as the photos were and we loved what the place had to offer. The kids loved playing laser tag and enjoying the pool! our family trip ended here and we enjoyed relaxing and spending quality time at the Warehouse!

Great place for a large group. Large group of teens and their moms and all had a great time. Host was very accommodating.

We loved our stay. The pickleball/ basketball court was a huge hit with our family. The theater room was so fun. It fit our big family perfectly. There was so much to do. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The view was beautiful. Highly recommend this stay for any large family gatherings.
