Our properties are specifically designed to accommodate groups of 20–40 guests, making them ideal for family reunions, corporate team retreats, youth groups, and weekend celebrations.

Our properties allows pets. There is a $100 fee for up to four dogs.
Yes! All of our properties offer free on-site parking with ample space to accommodate multiple vehicles. Whether you're arriving with family, friends, or a large group, you’ll have convenient and secure parking right at your stay.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our team to thoroughly prepare the property for your stay.

Yes! All of our kitchens come stocked with the essentials: pots, pans, utensils, dishware, basic spices, baking sheets, coffee makers, and more. Just bring your groceries and favorite recipes—we’ve got the rest covered.
Yes, each property has Wi-Fi. It’s perfect for streaming, emails, and remote work.
Our homes are made for connection and can host 20–40 guests comfortably. With bunk rooms, large dining areas, and multiple lounge spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out.
Yes! All of our properties have propane grills. We provide the propane and grilling utensils. For fire pits, we offer either propane or firewood, depending on the property. Cozy nights around the fire? Always.
This is a great place to stay for larger groups! With plenty of activities, you don’t even need to leave! The home is so spacious, clean and fun! There were a few scuffs throughout the house and a broken couch upon our arrival but that truly is a reflection of other poor guests more than it is of the hosts! The hosts are very helpful with clear, detailed instructions on how to work everything in the home! If you’re having a birthday party, family gathers or any event with multiple families this is the place to be! Great parking, private location, all in all a great stay!

This was a very nice place to stay. There was a lot to do to keep our family busy. Our only issue was the golf simulator quit working our first night there and with that being the main reason we chose this place, it was disappointing. The host did attempt to resolve the issue but was unsuccessful.

We had a great weekend! 20 people - 10 adults & 10 kids between 1.5 and 11. There was enough space for everyone. Kids loved the pool, putting green, and basketballs court. Heads up that the floor once they got out of the pool is VERY slippery. The cement floors through the house also made for a very loud weekend. Totally not a deal break for our group in the future, but just something to share!

Our group had a great time and there was plenty to do for the kids! There were a couple minor suggestions I had made to Dylan and he was very prompt with receiving them. They were quick to answer any messages we had no matter the time of day. Highly recommend the barnopalooza!

Kyle was extremely responsive, especially during a winter storm and was flexible with our arrangements. Property was gorgeous and we had an absolutely wonderful stay!

We had a family of 20 (10 children ages 1.5-15 year olds) and we all had a great time. Lots of fun things to do for young and old. The pool was a big hit for the kiddos and the adults enjoyed the hot tub (and the big kids). Lot of amenities. The house was beautiful. A little pricey but mostly worth it. Easy to get to and great location. The only thing we could complain about was the pool was a bit chilly for the adults.

Great home. We brought 7 adults and 7 kids. Everyone had plenty of room to run around and play. The theater and the hot tub were big hits with the kids. Overall, it was a lot of fun and we hope to return.
