Yes! All of our properties offer free on-site parking with ample space to accommodate multiple vehicles. Whether you're arriving with family, friends, or a large group, you’ll have convenient and secure parking right at your stay.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our team to thoroughly prepare the property for your stay.

Many homes include slides built right into the layout (yes—actual slides!), fully stocked kitchens for big family meals, and even a beach basement with wall-to-wall sand. Some properties sit on open farmland, offering total peace, privacy, and room to spread out. Yes! All of our kitchens come stocked with the essentials: pots, pans, utensils, dishware, basic spices, baking sheets, coffee makers, and more. Just bring your groceries and favorite recipes—we’ve got the rest covered.
Yes, each property has Wi-Fi. It’s perfect for streaming, emails, and remote work.
Our homes are made for connection and can host 20–40 guests comfortably. With bunk rooms, large dining areas, and multiple lounge spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out.
Yes! All of our properties have propane grills. We provide the propane and grilling utensils. For fire pits, we offer either propane or firewood, depending on the property. Cozy nights around the fire? Always.
Our families had a great time. We didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere. Beds were comfortable, tons of space for kids to spread out and play without being bored. The only issues were a few broken chairs and broken arcade games. The kids were bummed with the broken games but had plenty of other options to play with while we were there. Very peaceful location.

Everything was great. Perfect for our group with lots of activities. Property is laid out really well to accommodate large groups. Loved the outdoor areas - fire pit, dock, hammocks, lake! House was exactly as pictures indicated. It did have an extra mattress, which was great since we had a large group. Need to be careful if you are expecting 4 full bathrooms, since one of the bathrooms has a bathtub only and no shower. The lock on the side door of the garage sticks and was difficult to get in/out with the code. Thankful that there were other entry points. The sport arena was awesome! So many activities. The movie room was exceptional too. 20 reclining chairs! Love the place. We will be back if our travel takes us back to the area. Hosts were accommodating and responsive.

We had a fantastic stay here for a large bachelor party. The space was perfect for a group—plenty of room to hang out, relax, and keep everyone comfortable without feeling crowded. The layout made it easy to socialize, and the overall vibe really fit what we were looking for The only downside was that the golf simulator wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit of a letdown since we were looking forward to using it. That said, it didn’t take away too much from an otherwise great experience.

It’s truly hard to put into words how amazing this property is! Perfect for large groups. It had something for everyone. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, it keeps delivering… from the indoor basketball court, pickleball court, game room and theater, to the indoor/outdoor viewing of the animals, this place had it all! The kitchen was a delight to cook in and seating for meals was very spacious.

we had an incredible time. there was so much to do for all ages. we spent most of our time in the basketball court area. we even set up a karaoke machine in there! the kids loved playing pickle ball and basketball and climbing the rock wall. At first, we wished the dock had an umbrella but then a CRAZY wind storm hit completely out of nowhere and we determined an umbrella would never have survived lol. We had a slight issue with the grill and were unable to use it but the host responded immediately when we sent them our concerns. the beds were all very comfortable. there were plenty of towels for everyone and all the soaps were well stocked. one of the shower heads upstairs didnt work but there were plenty of other bathrooms to use. one of the toilet seats is also cracked and pinched a few butts before we learned to use another bathroom lol. the pots for the upstairs stove were easily found. the formal dining room was large enough for all of us to enjoy our passover seder!

I think this place has been our favorite stay so far. There is so much to do - everyone kept busy. My 13 year old is in a wheelchair and found most of the property to be quite accessible. Being able to sit and watch the animals was definitely a treat. You can tell they are loved and well taken care of. We live in the area and plan on coming back soon!!

I booked this air bnb for a Bachelor's party basically solely for the golf simulator. I messaged the host nearly 3 months ahead of my reservation stating how excited I was to stay at the property and that the ONLY thing I ask is that the golf simulator is up and running. Unfortunately my message fell onto deaf ears as I did not get a response until months later with check in instructions. Check in and go to start the simulator, computer is completely dead and the charger didn't work..... Reached out to the host, which seems to like an AI generated chat bot. No refund offered, just a couple "sorry's" and reach out if we need anything else. If youre staying at this property for the golf simulator I would get in touch with the host prior and make your stay contingent on that working. Air BNB will only offer a 30% refund when an amenity is down, in this case just doesn't seem right as the main and first amenity described is the simulator, especially when I reached out 3 months in advance

Kyle and Dylan were super hospitable and prompt with all details regarding our stay and answering any and all questions. Our group of 16 guys had an absolute blast with all the fun activities and amenities and the room to spread out and enjoy the place as needed. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!
