Stayed here with multiple families with children ages 4-14. Plenty of space for everyone. Tons of activities that we all enjoyed. TVs throughout every room (key for watching sports), WiFi worked well, beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked (no dishwasher though). Flies were an issue as we had the doors open a lot but that’s expected as you’re on a farm. There were tons of fly traps throughout so it’s clear the owner is trying to combat them. 2 huge pluses were the commercial sized ice maker and beverage fridge in the main room. Made the trip even more enjoyable.

The barn would be a fabulous place if the upkeep was more attainable. Many things were broken inside the house, including furniture and a bed. It wasn’t as clean and think we cleaned it up better than we found it. There were things missing that are typically in an Airbnb like extra trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc so we kept having to go out to the store which is only 15 minutes away, not bad. We absolutely adored and appreciated the tiki bar outside for one of our themed days. The inside tiki bar is a little too dark to be in at night time though. The space was great and able to accommodate a large group, just felt the upkeep of the home wasn’t worth paying what we paid. Floor panels were lifting, some were even taped. I feel like there is so much space in the barn as well and it’s being taken up by clutter or just unused space.

Kyle was a great host. House was amazing and easily accommodated our large group. Close to a store if we needed anything. Big yard was amazing for out door games. Garage area was perfect for nights when we wanted to keep playing games or relax. It was difficult to get ahold of him. We sent multiple messages and never heard back. The house was crawling with large ants not sure why because the house was extremely clean. All in all, I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Golf simulator didn’t work, was the primary reason for selecting this place for the bachelor party. Host never responded to any messages. Hot tub had some moldy bacteria type substance throughout. Back door was stuck and had to feel like you were breaking it down to open it. Location was beautiful and the pool table and theatre room were hits, but a lot of disappointment

had a wonderful time at the barndo, many wonderful memories made . loved the pickle ball, the hot tubs as well as the kickball court . spacious and well designed. would definitely recommend!

The "Llamahouse" was a super fun place to stay for a weekend getaway. Pickleball and basketball courts, swimming pool and hot tub, games throughout - this place had it all! Really unique place to spend some time with a larger group of people.

Our properties allows pets. There is a $100 fee for up to four dogs.

Yes! All of our properties offer free on-site parking with ample space to accommodate multiple vehicles. Whether you're arriving with family, friends, or a large group, you’ll have convenient and secure parking right at your stay.

What are you check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our team to thoroughly prepare the property for your stay.

Depending on the location, you’ll find everything from indoor basketball courts, private pickleball setups, and 2-hole golf courses to golf simulators and full arcades. Many homes include slides built right into the layout (yes—actual slides!), fully stocked kitchens for big family meals, and even a beach basement with wall-to-wall sand. Some properties sit on open farmland, offering total peace, privacy, and room to spread out. Whether you’re celebrating grandma’s 90th or just looking to reconnect with your favorite people, each stay is designed for real connection, comfort, and a little bit of magic.

Can I host an event at the property?

Small family events, milestone birthdays, bachelorette, bachelor gatherings or creative retreats are welcome—but let’s talk first! Reach out with your event details so we can make sure the space fits your vision.

Are the kitchens fully stocked?

Yes! All of our kitchens come stocked with the essentials: pots, pans, utensils, dishware, basic spices, baking sheets, coffee makers, and more. Just bring your groceries and favorite recipes—we’ve got the rest covered.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, each property has Wi-Fi. It’s perfect for streaming, emails, and remote work.

How big are the properties?

Our homes are made for connection and can host 20–40 guests comfortably. With bunk rooms, large dining areas, and multiple lounge spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out.

Are firepits and grills available?

Yes! All of our properties have propane grills. We provide the propane and grilling utensils. For fire pits, we offer either propane or firewood, depending on the property. Cozy nights around the fire? Always.
